emily earned her masters in acupuncture and oriental medicine at the new england school of acupuncture. she studied both japanese and chinese styles of practice as well as chinese herbal medicine. emily individualizes her treatment to the health concerns of each patient. formerly a natural foods private chef, emily now integrates food and nutrition as core tools for healing into her practice.
emily is certified by the massachusetts boards of registration in medicine and the national certification commission for acupuncture and oriental medicine.
when she is not working, emily loves mountain biking, hiking and practicing yoga.
acupuncture successfully treats asthma, allergies, insomnia, pain, musculo-skeletal injuries and emily's particular interest is in the areas of fertility, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety, stress and depression.
